Garlic Mustard Mayonnaise
This mayonaise is basically the same as the Garlic Mustard Mayo Recipe, except of course you're adding garlic to the mix and using a different type of mustard! To get the best out of the health benefits garlic has to offer, garlic is best consumed in its raw state (which it is in this mayo). It is known to help regulate both your blood sugar levels and your blood pressure. A win-win situation for me! Of course the only downside is the smell of garlic on your breath... Rumour has it that munching on some raw parsley will do the trick!
