First and foremost, I care always about how my food tastes. But, it is always an added bonus when it looks visually appealing too! For me, I like the colours in this dish. The bright green asparagus with the pink salmon is a different colour combination for me... Maybe that's where I got the inspiration to add the rosé into this dish! This dish can be eaten on its own if you're after a good portion of salmon, or simply split the portions and pair it with a salad.
