Mushroom Miso Ossobuco
This is my take on the traditional ossobuco! I love adding mushrooms and miso, it gives the dish a beautiful depth of flavour. The cross cut veal is a cheaper cut of meat and it could be swapped out for even cheaper cuts of beef... With it being slow cooked it will end up nice and tender. This makes a fantastic Sunday night dinner, it's perfect if you're having a lazy day at home. If you're feeling extra lazy and don't feel like making the pasta yourself, be sure to use a wholemeal pasta. Otherwise, give it a go! This meal is extra satisfying when you have made all the elements yourself.
