Mustard Yogurt Mayonnaise

This mayonnaise is really versatile and is lower in fat that most traditional mayonnaises. I like the heat of a hot mustard, but you can try your own favourite strength of mustard that suits you! This mayo makes a great dipping sauce for your (homemade) sweet potato fries and in a burger or toasted sandwich. I sometimes, instead of using butter, will use this mayo as a spread on a piece of thin rye bread. Add a slice of cheese and gherkin and you have yourself a delicious snack!
