Mustard Salad Dressing 


Getting a salad right isn't an easy feat. There is nothing worse than a miserably dry, tasteless salad... No wonder they often get such a bad rap! But then, so many of the pre-made salad dressings found in the supermarket, which granted can make a salad more tastier, are often FULL of sugar. How can a diabetic win? Easy - spend literally one minute and create your own delicious and healthy salad dressing! This mustard, lemon and olive oil combination is perfect to add to any salad!

Ingredients

  • ​3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp stevia or to taste
  • Salt & pepper to taste

How to

  • Add all ingredients into a small jar
  • Put the lid on
  • Shake until thoroughly mixed and you're ready to go!

​Note: shake before use and store in the fridge.
