Matchstick Fries Open Omelette
Transform your omelette! If you're having it for a lunch or dinner, simply pair it with a leafy green salad and even a small bowl of homemade BBQ sauce to really bring out the flavours! The potatoes add carbohydrates to the omelette, so I personally wouldn't add any bread or anything to this dish. I'm always full and super satisfied after this. I also wouldn't recommend making this omelette your regular breakfast go-to unless for your own personal needs you require the extra carbohydrates.
