Kiwi Onion Dip

This is one of New Zealand's favourite dips for having alongside a bag of potato chips. I've changed it slightly by using yogurt instead of a reduced cream and sweetened it with stevia. It retains the same satisfying taste but it is just that little bit more healthier! Everything adds up right :-)

Self control is really needed when it comes to the chips, but it is enjoyed just as well with sliced capsicum, carrot and celery sticks! This is awesome when you have family over, or lots of kids to please. Create a platter with more than just a bowl of chips, adding lower carbohydrates  options and more colours and flavours to enjoy!
