Fruit Salad & Yogurt

Hello dessert! A great healthy option which is sure to curb your cravings if you have a sweet tooth. Your fruit salad doesn't need to be exactly like what's in the picture either. Use what you have left in the fruit bowl or get creative with this! What's important is portion control, as always, as fruits especially can get those sugar levels up. This fruit salad was shared between myself and one other; a small taste of each fruit is enough! Also, getting a range of fruits is fantastic as each has their own unique benefits for your health.

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 orange
  • Small handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 12 roasted, unsalted almonds
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups natual unsweetened yogurt

If you want to make the yogurt yourself, check out my
NATURAL YOGURT RECIPE.

How to

  • Cut all of the fruit into similar bite-sized pieces
  • Place all of the fruit in a mixing bowl and gently combine together
  • Pour or scoop your yogurt into a bowl and place the fruit salad in the middle on the top of the yogurt
  • Chop the almonds roughly and sprinkle on the top along with the mint leaves
  • Enjoy! Super easy and super tasty 😋
