Grilled Balsamic Cinnamon Nectarines with Creamy Natural Yogurt
YUM. Seriously, yum. Make sure though to not pair these deliciously juicy & sweet nectarines with a yogurt that's high in sugar. If I am buying my own yogurt rather than making it myself, I always look for a natural, greek yogurt; anything more can overwhelm this dish. Don't just rely on marketing slogans though when choosing a yogurt, be sure to read the labels! Skip on any fruity yogurts and make sure the nectarine is the star of the show here! Nectarines (also known as the fur-less peach) are a good source of vitamin C and low in calories!
