Chicken Spice Rub

It's always so good to know what's exactly in your spice mix... You might be surprised by the hidden sugars found in some of the store bought spice rubs! This spice mix is perfect for chicken! Enjoy the aromas when it's cooking and the sweet and spicy tastes... And there's something so satisfying about making the rub yourself! If you like your chicken a bit more spicy, simply add 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Also, a word of caution, the turmeric it's an awesome yellow-orange colour, but it can stain so be prepared to give your hands and maybe your face a good wash afterwards! Worth it, the taste is beautiful.
